Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999n ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 999n gaming platform, website, and all associated services available at 999n.ws and any related domains or subdomains operated by the Company.

By creating a 999n account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet through any 999n service, you represent that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the 999n platform and close your account.

Access to real-money gaming services on the 999n platform is restricted by the following mandatory eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and is not subject to exception under any circumstances.
• You are accessing 999n from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of 999n or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 999n or any other gaming platform under any active exclusion programme.
• You have a single registered 999n account and are not operating multiple accounts concurrently.

To access real-money gaming services on 999n, you are required to register a player account. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to your 999n account at all times:

• Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 999n platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 999n will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify 999n immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other individual under any circumstances.
• The name registered on your 999n account must exactly match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays pending verification.
• 999n reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened using false, misleading, or incomplete information, and to withhold any funds associated with such an account pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the 999n platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed subject to the transaction limits and processing times of the respective payment provider.
• 999n does not impose deposit fees on standard payment methods, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of 999n.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of the 999n platform and may be updated from time to time at the Company's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1–3 business days subject to banking hours.
• 999n reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Funds deposited to a 999n account that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for withdrawal until a minimum wagering turnover requirement is met. This anti-money laundering condition is non-negotiable.

999n offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Games do not all contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. The contribution percentages for different game categories are published on each promotion page and are subject to change.
• 999n reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation, any unmet wagering requirement attached to a claimed bonus will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to low-risk staking patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Players who have a pending active bonus may not withdraw their real-money balance until the bonus is either completed or voluntarily forfeited through the account dashboard.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 999n platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, and forfeiture of account balances at 999n's sole discretion:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account on the 999n platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to interact with the 999n platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and will be reversed from the account balance.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using the 999n platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999n staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account through any means including social engineering, phishing, or technical exploitation.

All content on the 999n platform, including but not limited to the 999n brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software architecture, promotional materials, and any other original works, is the exclusive intellectual property of 999n or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999n platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any 999n content without explicit written permission from the Company.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 999n platform.
• The right to use the 999n brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in connection with any third-party product, service, or promotional activity.
• The right to create derivative works based on any 999n content or game mechanics.

Any unauthorised use of 999n's intellectual property may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999n's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999n shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with the 999n platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions outside of 999n's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed payment processing by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to continue gaming while having knowledge of a platform error or displayed odds discrepancy.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.

999n is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of this Agreement:

• All players must be 21 years of age or older. This restriction is enforced at registration and throughout the account's active life.
• Players may set voluntary deposit limits, wagering limits, and session time limits through the account settings dashboard. These limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and twelve (12) months at any time. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no access will be permitted.
• Players requesting permanent self-exclusion will have their account closed. Re-registration by a permanently self-excluded player constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 999n reserves the right to initiate a responsible gaming review on any account displaying patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, and may contact the account holder with information about available support resources.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player account subject to the following conditions:

• A player may request account closure at any time by contacting 999n support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within standard processing times.
• 999n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, 999n may freeze the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Frozen funds will not be released until the investigation is resolved, and may be forfeited if illegal conduct is confirmed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months may be classified as dormant. 999n will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which 999n operates. The Company's licensing jurisdiction's regulations take precedence in all matters relating to the conduct of gaming operations and player protections afforded thereunder.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 999n, the following dispute resolution process applies:

1. The player must first submit a formal complaint to 999n's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and any relevant account information.
2. 999n will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receipt.
3. If the dispute is not resolved to the player's satisfaction within 28 calendar days, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under 999n's applicable gaming licence.
4. Decisions issued by the relevant dispute resolution body are final and binding on both parties.

999n reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process governs amendments:

• Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice displayed within the platform dashboard, at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.
• Minor amendments such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, and updates to contact information may be made without advance notice.
• Continued use of the 999n platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
• The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.
